Your PHR transmits your reason for online visit, health history and video message to your doctor along you’re your vital sign information like, Blood Pressure, EKG, Glucose and Cholesterol and stethoscope sound for online visit – it is just like being in your doctors office

How does it work?

Subscribe  to PHR, Register  and complete medical history form. Then click Patient Login  Click My Favorite (Add your doctor’s name from the list as your favorite doctor). Click Go to Website (this is your doctor’s cyber office). Once there, you are ready to seek online visit with your doctor.

If you don’t have a doctor click Find Doctor, make your selection, and click on the Doctor's name. You will be directed right into their medical practice website, where you will meet their staff, learn about the services they provide, their education, interests, and specialty. Once there, you are ready to seek online visit with your doctor.
 

If you go to Find Doctor and cannot locate a particular doctor and get a message (No Record Found) that means your doctor is not in our database, go back, Click Message and send us an email with the name, address, phone number and email of your doctors and we will add his/her name to our database and send you a confirmation email.

Drisonline.com costs patients $10/Year and can registered as a patient at their doctor’s offices. Register

Drisonline.com costs doctors 79.95/Month and the fee includes the use of web-based electronic medical record software and a personalized medical practice website hosted by Drisonline.com.
