It is a Virtual Exam Room for you to seek online visit with your doctor, maintain your health by conducting your own medical exam (on an as need basis) using any USB capable hand-held medical device that you purchase at CVS/Walgreen Pharmacy or from us. Manage your personal health record by documenting your medical information in one secured place for ever and ever, and write a health diary.

Upon receipt of your clinical information your doctor will decide whether or not to seek more information, request you make an office visit, go to the emergency room, or treat you online and then send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

How Does it Work:

For Patients

Subscribe  to PHR, Register  and complete medical history form. Then click Patient Login  Click My Favorite (Add your doctor’s name from the list as your favorite doctor). Click Go to Website (this is your doctor’s cyber office). Once there, you are ready to seek online visit with your doctor.

Registration for Patients is only $10/Year. Patients must be a  registered patient of a doctor to recieve online patient care 

For Doctors

Pay a fee and contact your management care representative to bill for Online Consultation using CPT code 99444.

Registration for Doctors include- ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION IS FREE. After one year the cost will be 199/month. The fee includes the use of Online Visits (insurance companies are now paying doctors up to $55/online consultation).
