Promote Online Patient Care for non urgent medical conditions without extending
your work hours |

Have access to patients PHR (most updated) History and Physical Forms at all times. |

Patients needing online patient care will fill out an appointment form, complete
a symptom specific questionnaire, and record a personal video message
|

You will see patient’s symptom and condition questionnaire before going online with
the patient to discuss and/or schedule treatment |

Once you receive the message containing patients personal health record, appointment
form, symptom questionnaire and video/text message and click on the tab “treat patient”
the SpringChart Electronic Health Record will open giving you full access to your
patients chart |

Go through the chart write progress notes, and orders. Fill out the prescription
form and send it to patients pharmacy, record a message to your patient with a link
into patients PHR |

The patient record is a complete chart allowing your staff to print, the patient
may bring to the chart a specialist, or even traveling when seeking urgent care |
