Get a Prescription or Refill Online
Your doctor can order a prescription for you after an oline consultation and send it via his or her office to the pharmacy. An online care option called "Ask Your Doctor" offers a feature called "Prescription Refill Only". Using this service you can record video for your doctor to demonstrate your current appearance and let her know you just need to renew your medication. Your doctor will review your history, your prescription records, and your request and either renew your prescription online or let you know that an in-person appointment is required. You can then set the appointment immediately using the scheduling system.

Prescription Reminders
You can request reminders from your doctor's office about when your prescriptions will need refilling and get them by email. If your doctor already knows you will need to come into the office for the refill, you can schedule these appointments well ahead of time and avoid delays, last minute bookings, or running out of your medication.

Discuss Prescriptions
Prescription Refill Only provides a specific question about side-effects that you can use to raise issues with your doctor in case you feel your medication is causing some new condition or set of symptoms. You can use the Patient Education option on the patient home page toolbar to look up any medication, its uses and side-effects and ask your doctor any questions you may have about any of your medications when you request the refill or the new prescription online.
